from @Quitsdrop view, also @Danniel Pogi was on the cops side and can confirm all of that happened. The video is only a short clip of what was happening.

The evidence provided does show the items however it does not show how they were lost or proof of a rulebreak. The video would have to show both the items being lost and the rulebreak (or staff confirmation of a rulebreak) in order for it to meet our guidelines. We can not take players words as proof in regards to refund eligibility.
