What happened:We were doing a bank raid and i had a guy on top of monorail right above bank, after he killed a cop he was falling back to cover and Luvbunny told him he's not allowed as it will be rdm so i was the only one left in the bank and after fragging like 10 cops i finally died as i had no more support left from above me.

What do you need refunded: M14 with e, Kevlar and helmet, 4 slot bank bag, 3 drills - I don't mind getting the money instead which would be 10k - The bag had 2x 60k+ money in it and a plastic statue but I'm not sure if we can get that refunded.

I cannot confirm.
I don't really see why you guys failing to organize that all of your members involved in the bank heist actually stay within bank property would be a reason to refund your items in a proper gunfight.

1. Active participants need to stay inside or on top of the property that's being robbed and may engage in combat.

He was above the bank on the monorail meaning that he was still a part of the bank raid

Monorail does not mean "on top of the property". The roof is "on top of the property".

I truly apolgrize for mis judging this situation. I interpered the monorail as on top of the bank.
