Ban Reason: I was calling him a "furry fag" as a joke because of his steam profile picture.
Unban Reason: Banning someone for a year is a bit excessive and an abuse of power, literally before this situation @Shiblamo insta killed me after handcuffing me. After killing me he unloaded the full mag of his gun into my body and repeatedly said it was a "misfire." It's a gmod server, literally almost everyone on the server is "toxic" but they aren't banned. I don't see why @Shiblamo feels the need to ban someone for a year over a joke. If he took the joke to heart and actually got offended by it, then I'll 100% apologize and take a reasonable ban, but a whole year for this situation seems like an abuse of power on @Shiblamo's part. No clue why people who can't take jokes are moderators on a gmod server, literally a game meant to have fun and joke around.

I witnessed most of everything. You were very toxic, I was going to kick you for being too toxic but I let it go. Then I read your communication logs and they were not friendly. Shiblamo got wind of it and he banned you. Overall you acted very inappropriately and to me it seemed like you had no intention to role play at all.

My communications logs? I asked for help because @Shiblamo lifted me up into the air with his gravity gun. How exactly is handcuffing someone and then unloading a full mag into them to kill them "roleplay" After literally unloading his full mag into my dead body he was repeatedly saying he misfired, I don't really understand what you mean by no intention to roleplay? Is KOSing someone and then putting a full mag into them considered roleplay?

See the first time I took it as a joke, even though you pushed it a bit far, so I responded in that manner. Like a tit for tat kind of thing. But afterwards you kept hanging around the PD and calling me a "faggot" and "furfag" repeatedly while I was trying to roleplay. As far as I could tell it was no longer a joke and you were genuinely being a toxic player. Being a moderator I've dealt with a massive amount of toxic people that have no intention of roleplaying so I assumed you were the same. I'll unban you since it seems like it was more of a misunderstanding than altercation.
