Ban Reason: FTVL as mayor, failmayor
Time of Occurrence: 3:20 AM, CA time
Relevant Evidence: I was banned by Maher, I was the mayor previous to this and that could have something to do with this but I wasn't informed about any rule breaking at all while I was mayor, I was just straight up banned. I wan't even the mayor when I was banned, I was mining ore for like 1 hour after. Just want to be able to play tomorrow that's it. Also before I was banned I was mugged, but I killed them. I then had to rejoin do to issues with my power supply and after I reconnected I played for 5 min then I was banned.

According to what you said, you can't kill someone as they are mugging you, you must value your life. So the ban was probably worth while, I believe when you reconnected, they were already in a sit, so most likely you recieved the ban in that manner of time. I realize that I am no staff member, and can not declare this denied or accepted. This most likely wont be accepted due to the fact you didn't value your life during a mugging.

You had been banned after numerous source of video evidence appeared showing that you, as Mayor, had violated the importance of your own life. You had gone into the gunfights and robberies without any regard to the sense of danger. Furthermore, another situation had arisen that shows you failing to comply with a weapon being drawn at you.

Bad RP as Mayor is unacceptable, therefore this is denied.
