Unban Reason: Seeing how some of the refund requests were explained, sounds like the people that reported me might of bs'd a little because and I defiantly didn't log off in the base during the raid, and I have proof of me walked away free of charge not in any rp situation.(

) Shorty after that video I logged off because I had to wake up for school in 5 hours and wanted to get some sleep. I thought me staying in the base for at least 10 minutes prolly closer to 15 was more then a enough, I even managed to make 2 batches of coke up there in that time. My point here really is that I did have to go and I thought I had given them enough time to try to kill me after the raid and I clearly didn't log off in the base while I was getting shot at or anything which is sounds like they tried to say I did. I also have proof of me making cocaine in the base if needed

Hello Thomas Sterling,

After reviewing the evidence provided your video does not prove you did log off to avoid RP. In the logs it shows there was a minute gap between when you finished looting, to when you un-equipped your ACR.

I thought me staying in the base for at least 10 minutes prolly closer to 15 was more then a enough, I even managed to make 2 batches of coke up there in that time.

There is a rule that specifically states once the raid is over and you got something worth value, you have to leave. So this doesn't help your case.

The timer starts once you leave the base, with that being said one minute is not enough time to ensure RP isn't over. You avoided the combat deposit timer by logging off as well, and as a long time player you should know that leaving before it is over isn't allowed unless you make a report letting staff know.

The ban will remain, any further appeals will be denied.
