Banned for RDM without killing someone

Reason for Report: Three of us received a ban for RDM, I didn't actually kill the person who made the sit, but still got a ban for RDM. I'm confused as to how I could get a ban for this without killing someone.
Time of Occurrence: 8:50 P.M. CST
Evidence to support your claim: Check logs regarding sit, he pulled someone else who killed him, just asked me if I was involved.

Yeah, i was the one who actually killed him. But apparently all 3 of us guided the same bullet through that mans car.

As far as I am aware, I was informed you were involved in the situation that Bokeltor and the other player were involved in.

You had opened fire on this individual. Although, yes, Bokeltor did kill the guy... But why were you attacking too? Can you explain this at least?

We were on the GS9 frequency, and attempted to mug Larry winters. He did not get out of his car, drove into a ditch screaming on radio "im getting mugged im getting mugged" and was killed by my friend, I fired, but not with intention to kill, I wanted him to exit his vehicle. I don't know how I was banned for RDM without killing him though. Matthew Botsford also received a warning point for RDM, but he also did not kill him. We got taken to the sit and were asked if we were involved, and I thought I was there to help my friend who was accused of RDM in the sit.

Firing upon someone, without the intention to kill/decease them, can still land you in this situation. Which is RDM. Just cause you weren't the one who dealt the final blow doesn't excuse you either. But with that video, and also awaiting PMX's word on what happened here, this will be placed under review and looked into further.

Unbanned. If your intension was not to kill, but to warn and try to initiate FearRP on the other party, and the victim was not killed by you, RDM is an inaccurate ban reason.
