Banned for running someone over who was in the street

I was driving around and i ran a firefighter over on accident. Then a officer told me to pull over i told him he was in the middle of the road. Officer tried arresting me for this and im not going. i did stall by jumping in the revine and my game crashed but i rejoined didnt deserve a 5 day.
