Relevant Evidence: My profile picture is the same as DevulTj's but 1) I don't see how that's any form of impersonation. Nobody asked me to change it and I didn't see any problem with it; it's a profile picture. 2) There is NO rule mentioning this. This needs to be specifically mentioned in the rules if you're handing out permanent bans for this.
I know Lola probably wouldn't do this but it super duper seems like a targetted ban. No rule about staff impersonation is on the list. I understand why someone would get punished for impersonating staff and fully support impersonators getting punished if they actually actively participate in the act of impersonating a staff member. I did not do this. I did not tell anyone I had powers I really didn't have. I did not tell anyone I would punish them nor that I could punish anyone. I did not tell anyone that I had any special powers, ranks, abilities, or notoriety than any other Premium user.
This is a bollocks ban to the absolute fullest. If you want people to not use the same profile pictures as staff, you need to have that mentioned in the rules because at this point it's a suuuuper huge gray line.
