Reason for Report: I was rdmed by a cop walked past a doorway looked up the stairs of this doorway and just got domed by a cop which is complete bs. Friskie literally impatiently did the sit hurried through said you weren't rdmed even though 3 people were there to describe the situation and I had just spawned in. He puts me down leaves me frozen for a couple minutes so I made a report said I was frozen and explained also that my rdm report was actually rdm again because I lost a gun that takes 2 hours to obtain (honey badger) which is also very bs. So then he unfreezes me of course then I put in ooc "why you gotta be impatient with me fr" didn't even swear and he banned me for 2 days for calling him impatient basically he cant escalate that that far and also shouldn't be offended if it wasn't true and it obviously is so I just want to say don't ban people because youre mad they said your impatient that's incorrect especially when it was true.

I claim your report, I pull you and lul (Alex Hererra) in for a sit. I listen to your side, then I pull in the accused and listen to his side. This is all happening on top of casino.

You changed your story mid sit, saying you were walking past the door way and get sprayed down. As per the screenshots, you did not just "walk past" but walked into the door way. As for how far you got, I really couldn't tell. You walked into an active raid on Railway Avenue, the hallways are already narrow as it is.

You changed your story again saying that you heard shots and you decided to go to the shots instead of run away. Then lul says that yall did not hear any shots and were just walking and you agreed with him.

If the latter part was true then you FTVL pretty hard.

The accused claims that you were running at him in the middle of a gun fight, so he shot you, which in of itself is valid.

As I ask for evidence you say that the only evidence I need is to check logs. Unfortunately, all logs tell me is that you were killed by the accused. It does not tell me if it is RDM or not. If you happen to just be walking by and there was no active gun fight, then you would have been RDM'd. However, if you were walking towards the officer and he was in a gun fight and he killed you, that is not RDM, that is FTVL on your part. Moreover, you even said in your report that you were *standing* in the doorway. So you have already lied to me about what was going on in your report, and you may have lied about weather or not you were walking to gun shots.

None of that was necessary. You should really consider carefully what you want to type in looc/ooc and in your reports.

Lastly, the real reason for your punishment. Everything up until this point was backstory, this is the real response to this staff report. Your punishment was not because you called me impatient, no (god forbid you hurt my feelings). You were punished for this:



I had responded to your reports, saying stop making fail reports. And when I closed your report *after* I teleported to you and unfroze you, you decided to complain in OOC and disconnect. I was going to blacklist you from ooc but when I tried, you had already disconnected.



Last time you pulled that move, you got banned. I unbanned you after you made an appeal. This is your second time pulling this stunt. You should really reconsider your actions before you commit to them. This is exactly what lead to your ban:





In summary:

-Not your first time pulling this stunt, specifically with me.
-No evidence, so my hands were tied really.
-You were not punished for hurting my feelings in any which way or form.
-You were punished for LTAP, Complaining in OOC, and making Fail Reports.
-This sit was handled in a proper location (above casino).
-This sit was handled in a timely fashion (10 mins) however, you extended it with your behavior.

Please refrain from making me out to be the bad guy. I followed the staff guidelines and handled the sit appropriately. Just because I did not side with you in the sit does not mean that I am against you in any way. This is how sits should be handled and have always been handled. Let us say hypothetically that I did side with you, how would the accused feel if he was never given a proper reason for a punishment or no evidence was provided that he did in fact RDM you. You have to look at all three sides equally: my side, the accused, and the victim.

From my point of view:

-No video evidence.
-All I see in logs is that you spawned in and several minutes after you were killed.
-You changed your story multiple times thus far.
-Blood on the floor where you were shot.

The victims point of view (from what I was told in the sit):

-He was in the middle of a gun fight.
-You walked up to the door and he shot you.
-He gets reported for that

Your point of view (from what is told in the sit and the staff report):

-You walked in the door? Walked passed it? Stood in the door?
-You heard gun shots and walked to them.
-A police officer shoots you thinking you are a threat.


The fact that you walked to the sound of gunfire instead of running away is in of itself a problem.

You see what I'm trying to tell you here? I honestly cannot dissect this situation any further. I don't know what to tell you other than the sit was handled appropriately.

Another hypothetical:

Lets say that you did in fact only walk past the door. You had just spawned in so you claim, so you must have had 100% health? I would have to check logs again for that. Also, you had a honey badger, so I would imagine that you had armor to accompany it? Again gotta check logs. But if you were just walking past it, then I would imagine that you would have not died from that, unless he chased after you. With that being said, neither of you ever mentioned being chased or chasing after somebody.

If he was spraying through the door and you decided to walk past it then that is considered you FTVLing and walking in the middle of a gun fight.

This whole situation is convoluted, especially because you were not honest with me in the first place.

With that being said, I don't think that this staff report is being filed because of the sit. It is being filed because of your actions which lead to you getting a ban. This sit is just backstory, no matter what changes about the sit, you still acted out and were punished for it.

It is important to note that if a report is dealt with ingame by a staff member, you should refrain from creating any other reports about the same situation. It is not allowed. If you believe the staff member dealt with it incorrectly, you report that person on the forums as you are doing now.

Regarding this situation:

• The logs only show that you got killed and when you spawned it. They do not show how, why and your position. Since none of the parties had video evidence and the logs could not prove you were RDMed, there was nothing friskie could have done;
• If you walked towards the gunfight/gun sounds, instead of running away, you failed to value your life and the other party had every right to shoot you, if he thought you were a threat, at that moment;
• Refrain from using that king of language in OOC/LOOC. You should know this by now.

I do not see how the sit was dealt with incorrectly. It has always been our procedure: Get both sides of the story, ask for evidence (when needed) and check the logs. If the logs OR the evidence cannot prove/support your claims, then we cannot act.
