What happened- I was walking around the map with a vape and I just bought the vape turbine so I wanted to go around and use it. Than I was told to stop vaping but there is no rules against vaping so I told the mod that he couldnt make up his own rules and walked away. Than hours later all I'm doing is vaping not trying to cause people to lag and I'm not spamming it I'm just vaping using a turbine I payed 300K for. I wasnt spamming it either I wasnt just blowing clouds everywhere I was doing it by the pd every 1-2 times and I did it in the bank 2 times and here comes Beta Spirit banning me for doing something not against the rules and for a fucking week for using a vape. I dont think this is a valid reason to ban someone at all and for the amount of time that was given to me is just ridiculous. And with the "no intent to rp" I was walking around vaping for a little bit talking to people before I went and did LSD some more.

I made up my mind that I dont want Beta Spirit to accept/decline and I want higher ups to review it because I already know beta doesn't like me.

Beta Spirit immediately brought this to me to make sure he did not seem biased and to get a second opinion. Upon discussing it with you, all you said was that there was no rule against what you were doing. Spamming your vape is initially not bannable, but after receiving multiple warnings you might as well have asked for a ban. When I first brought you up to the bank to discuss this with you, we shouldn't have had to debate it with you. I told you two rules you were violating, and you still didn't seem to understand that this was not acceptable after multiple warnings.

Your initial ban has already been reduced to 3 days. This amount of time is not only for the multiple reasons listed in your ban, but also because myself, Beta Spirit and the rest of the staff team have yet to be able to get through to you. You are so adamant on refusing any level of direction from staff when you break rules that we have no choice but to give you harsher bans.

I think it would be best if you waited out your ban so you can take some time to decide whether or not you will be able to continue to RP on this server. We simply cannot stand by idly and ignore the fact that you have a very developed history of being non-compliant with both staff and the rules themselves.

Let me just explain something for you so you can see where I'm coming from, and you're not the only one that I feel needs to see this. Another person that plays similar to you is @GotSlums CSGOEarn.net and I hope he takes some time to read this too.

Personally, I have no problem with you whatsoever. I've played with you before and not only are you a blast to game with, but you're also thoroughly entertaining. The problem that many people just like you fail to see is that even though it's the happy-go-lucky side of you that draws people into you, that's also what gets you in trouble. The reason for that is you have a lot of trouble drawing a line in the sand where behavior that is fun begins to be behavior that makes you a nuisance.

I feel that if you can begin to understand where that line is, you'll go above and beyond what anyone thinks you're capable of. I really believe in you, genuinely. I'm just hoping soon you'll give the server the opportunity to see how you can contribute on a more consistent basis that does not take away from others.

I know that line because some people I play with dont know that line and like GotSlums and I try to contain there behavior. I try to play by the rules as much as possible and try to have fun while doing so. I do understand where your coming from with this its just I dont feel like its fair to anyone that you can be banned for using a vape turbine that takes literally days to get enough money for thats the only reason I was arguing in the sit and why I didnt just say okay fine wont happen again. I know you guys dont think I understand what rules I break whenever you take me into a sit because I argue all the time about little shit like this. <-- thats the reason I dont have mentor because I argued with Thy with something as little as a camera being placed wrongly and he didnt think I understood what rule I broke I have a feeling thats where this whole vaping ban came from.

I'm done going back and forth but, if you wanna unban me I'm deleting the fucking vape turbine from my inventory to stop stupid shit like this from happening even if you keep the ban its still going to be deleted.
