Banned permanently

I would like to appeal my ban due to the fact that it said i was banned temporarily for 2 days now it says permanent ban due to having another account which i do not remember and if i did it was a long time ago and i didn't mean to mass rdm i just shot at the cops not knowing that it would automatically ban me i thought that i would have been revived and sent to jail but in all honesty i would greatly appreciate and take this second chance seriously due to the fact that i haven't come across a server as advanced as this one.
