ACtually to be honest i didnt really go rogue when i went into house and wacking the guy once with the baton. Thats because he was seen manufacturing LSD so i am wacking a criminal so how is that considered being corrupt?? and plus it was gaz who mugged him i did not take anything from the scene so i feel that i shouldn't be banned as there is a reason for me to wack the guy/?//

Just to mention I was the person whom reported him for being corrupt without staff approval.

I was involved in this situation, (For the person who deleted my previous post), I have video evidence of his crimes and I have him lying it a sit then proceeding to admit he was attempting to lie his way out of a warning, I'm going to give a written statement for now but I will upload footage when I'm able to.

So, I was over at Mesa Apartments 325 #5 dealing with a suspected shooter, I was up at the top floor with the Chief and we were getting backup then all the sudden a bunch of shots just start coming out of Mesa Apartments 315 #2 (or #1), I ran over to the building to see a Dead Cadet and Rex Harrison with a pistol, I then proceeded to fire twice and once he put his gun away I toldl him "hands up!, hands up!", he complied eventually, I then detained him and searched around for more suspects which there was none (Everyone was dead), I then searched Rex Harrison for Illegals and found LSD so I confiscated it, While on the way to the jail (and this "talk" happened in apartment as well) he told me "The cadet was helping people in a robbery" (Or something like this) I told him to contact staff. The staff teleported to Rex as we were about to enter the P.D (Police Department), The staff conducted the sit in the room we were in (Interrogation room), The user Ben Hover denied his actions when the staff had already seen the video (Sent already above me), He later admitted he lied about what he did, The staff said something along the lines of "You were just going to get a warning but since you lied to me its a ban", He was then banned, His ban was originally 1 1/2 day but later was extended longer for "NLR" .....there was another user involved it was someone named Stephfano.... something like that.

i mean ya i know i lied.. but hey come on its human nature to wanna protect yourself right? and in this case,yes i lied and i shan't try to bullshit my way out of this situation which might get myself into deeper crap than i already am. What i am trying to say is in view of my almost perfect record. And not having any issues with the member of the staff i humbly request for a lighter sentence. as i work a 14 hours shift everyday. And the 1st thing i do after each shift would be to go onto the server and play. You wont know how it feels to not be able to play. So i am sincerely asking everyone that going to give the verdict of this appeal request to kindly cut me some slack .Thats all i am trying to say in the appeal request. Thank you. Anyways i dont knw why i tried to connect 5 secs ago and it seems like the ban period has extended magically/ like the original 1.5 days ( as indicated in the evidence being provided above) it has magically become 2.5 days . THe admin who banned me was Lisasetten. Anyways wats NLR.. if my memory serves me well i believe it means New life rule and it means that u cannot and will not remember anything that happened which you might have seen or heard 10 min prior to your death and of course while you are dead as well yada yada.,.........i dont remembered breaking this rule?? unless NLR means another thing here? plz enlighten me.

You got banned for the following: breaking NLR (This got added right after I banned you. Another moderator (Think it was you @ItsTinyRick ) told me that you had broken NLR. Not so sure about the reason, but I'll tell you once I get that sorted out.) Not valuing life as a cadet (You charged a armed gunman with your baton whilst he was shooting at you. You continuously lied to me during the sit (Often changing your story). And lastly you were corrupt without permission. (You cooperated with another civilian "Stefano Milano" and helped break into peoples houses and rob them.

Therefor I would say that you got a very good punishment (I know a lot of other staff members would have given you a harder punishment for doing this. Regarding the police blacklist I would say that it was well worth it. You abused your powers as a officer of the law to raid people's houses.
