the clip itself shows 3 of us asking you to get out of the car i don't understand how that's rdm. you're under fear rp so if anything you broke a rule for not valuing your life

Hi @runner11 & @benjamin t

After reviewing this Player Report I see violations from @runner11.

@benjamin t in the video that @runner11 provided in this player report against you, it shows that you giving him enough time to get out his vehicle while under gunpoint, however you do kill @runner11 for not valuing his life and not following demands, which is valid because at this point, @runner11 is just sat in his car ignoring your demands while under FearRP(he is practically a surrendered party as he is not actively trying to resist by fleeing in his car where he has a clear passage ahead of him).

1. Surrendered parties may not be killed unless they are actively resisting, not valuing their lives, threatening to kill or snitch on you, yelling for help or law enforcement, or failing to fulfill requested demands.

So @runner11, you have violated rules by failing to value your life & not cooperating while being put under FearRP. There is two of them and they are demanding you to get out the car while aiming weapons at you. Also in the clip provided they did give you 10 seconds before shooting you, however before @benjamin t shoots you he says "hands up or die" then proceeds to shoot you immediately. @benjamin t shouldn't have shot you instantly after having to warn you again and should've gave you a few more seconds to leave your vehicle & put your hands up; Considering you cannot raise your hands while inside of a vehicle.
