Request Reason: Ever since we stopped him, he has been constantly verbally abusing us. In the rules it states that 'Your in-game character may be offensive to a certain degree HOWEVER, once players feel uncomfortable you have to stop immediately. Be observant and considerate.' He was being excessively aggresive with us saying 'do it then you fucking prick' which shows how heated he got when we were dealing with him in a calm manner, we never once cussed at him or yelled at him, we were being consistently professional, so he wasn't being offensive for rp purposes, he was geniunely extremely angry and could control his emotions, hence why he broke into OOC and threatened to call admins, when the PD was roleplaying a felony stop. He then made a report on me and then lied, saying I was pointing a gun at him, then when he looked over the footage he realized I didn't, then made up a bs excuse on how it didn't render properly. This sit was pointless, as it wasted both mine and Melody's time, as I could have helped run a PD meeting while the sit was ongoing. Benny clearly hasn't read the rules, and I know this isn't enough to get him banned, but I just want staff recruitment team to be aware of his aggressive and abusive behavior in case he ever applies for staff or mentor. I know it is not my place to discuss his punishment, but I think that he deserves at least a warning point for lying in a sit and just generally being toxic. I play on Monolith as a cop to have a fun time and enforce the laws, and no player should be treated the way Benny has treated me.

Additional members involved/witnessing: @MelodyRain was the admin in the sit, and I am thankful to her for dealing with the sit professionaly.
Read, understood and followed player report rules?: Yes, I do realize that I am in a gray area with this rule 'You can only post Player Reports if the situation wasn't dealt with in-game already. There is no need to punish someone who was dealt with in-game by a staff member.' But I believe that this does not apply to this situation, as the sit was me defending my actions, as I just wanted to rp after, but this report is critizing Benny's actions, so they are 2 completely different situations.
