Reason for Report:2 people raided me and they ziptied me saw i had lsd they told me to drop it but they only had one gun pointed at me and one on his side so i ran and dipped with my car they made a sit and ben told me i was under fearrp and forced me to give them my 36k i made off the lsd but when i asked other people about it they said i wasnt under fearrp

Good Afternoon,

You asked me whether or not it would be fearRP for one person to have their gun on their side and one pointed at you, I told you no because I thought you meant one holstered and one pointed at you. When the video was given to me I PMed you again and told you that you would be under fearRP since one is pointed at you and the other is on safety.
As per rule:

1. You may not draw or equip your weapon while under FearRP by at least two or more players. FearRP applies when you are exposed to at least two or more held (actively held, not in holster/on back) weapons, whereof at least one is directly pointed at you / off safety.

One can see that at the end of the rule, it says whereof at least one is directly pointed. Meaning you will be under fearrp as shown in the video.

This is a fear RP break and the rule I quoted in the sit covers this I will repeat the rule quoted in the sit below.

In the video provided, you can clearly see a weapon pointed at you and a weapon in safety this Is why I choose to give the guy the money you had made from the LSD he was attempting to get you to drop.
Additionally, a verbal warning was issued to you for the fear RP break I hope in future you can fore come to the fact this is a fear RP break.
However, the end decision is not up to me, so I will conclude my response here.

@ImNotJake is at fault in this situation. Per the rules (quoted in the previous replies), you were under fearRP and failed to follow it, hence the moderator forced you to drop the money you obtained from selling the LSD and gave you a verbal warning.
