Reason for Report: Well he handled a sit badly and basically blacklisted me without any proof. Except logs which in this case isn't really proof. So Right a guy rammed into our cars. Greg gets him out and cuffs I turned around to talk to a civilian I turn back around see him running so I taze him. Greg starts dragging him so me thinking he's dealing with it I get in my car. Apparently Greg has left the guy on the road for some reason. I am turning with my car the guy goes in front of my car on purpose. At the time I thought Greg was still at the scene so I didn't really worry about it and left. Now Greg had left the scene without telling me and the guy was still cuffed and I get blacklisted for "messing about". Ber said "you guys are just messing about so I'm going to blacklist you which I have proof of. In my blacklist appeal he said I didn't get blacklisted for messing about.

So basically another cop cuffs a guy he runs away I taze him. The other cop takes him I leave. While leaving guy goes in front of my car so I "run him over". Ber also claims Me and Greg was joking and laughing in the sit of course we did like Ber left the sit multiple times and the sit was not started yet. Ber came back and said "Alright let's be serious" and after that we were. He also says we have different stories of course we do if Greg left the scene before me and has another POV he's going to have a different story. Ber has also said "He cant run far or fast while hand cuffed" well does it really matter how fast or if he ran ten or 100 meters no it doesn't he was still fleeing. Ber said "You guys also left him there hand cuffed" well I wasn't the one who cuffed him and I thought Greg was handling it. And Greg was the arresting officer. "you guys tazed him while hand cuffed your friend even said you did and I can see in logs he was cuffed and never uncuffed" well Ber if you listen to what I said it does check out doesn't it. You can also check who cuffed him was it me no it wasn't was it. I don't know why he said we weren't doing our jobs just messing about. "e legit helped FBI catch a terrorist and stop a shootout right before/after this happened.

I’m not going to add much to this as I feel like a broken record at this point, you guy joked around the whole time and was not taking it seriously, I clearly explained to you why you would receive you black list and I did say you guys are messing about because that what you guys are doing (but I clearly explained why I just said over all your messing about) you and your friend cuffed and tazed him while he was hand cuffed neither of your stories line up, you said you where with him and he said you were not with him, also your friend said he told you to uncuff him and if I’m not mistaken he would have been your superior officer at the time so you would have to have listened to him weather you cuffed him or not but you knew what was going on and continued to ruin the RP of another player, you have an extensive history on the server witch also helped influence my decision, you should really get your story straight because I remember very clearly just as I mentioned in your black list appeal you told me in the sit “we where in the same car” now in this report it’s we are not in the same and he has a different POV, which brings me to my last and final point when we where in the sit I said just be honest and tell me what really happened and I never got the honesty I asked for and you’re still not being honest now. This is the last I’m adding to the situation, I’ll leave it to the higher ups to make there decisions. If you guys have anymore questions for me my DMs are open.

so i don't know if you have a problem understanding what I'm saying but I've legit never said I was in the same car as him. that's just made up somewhere in your head. rand the other "history" was legit 6 months ago as ss has nothing to do with pd. As I've told you He never told me to uncuff him he's just lying to get out of trouble which clearly didn't work. And if he never told me to uncuff the guy how am i supossed to know I'm supossed to uncuff him like? Now there's no proof that he did or did not tell me there's still no video of the situation. My "friend" never tazed him to my knowledge. I was the only on e who tazed him and as explained to you about ten times it was because he tried running away. And I can swear on my dads fucking death that I did not joke after u said "Alright Let's be serious"
