Better late than never

Obviously I’m not a new player, but I never made one of these.

I haven’t really been in a community like this before where most of the players know each other. I mostly played matchmaking games like halo or COD where you meet people for a match and you never see them again; that’s not like monolith, here people see each other every day and they have this sort of connection.

I’ve met a bunch of players on the server and they’re the reason I get on almost everyday; they’re funny, creative and unpredictable. I get so caught up with the community that sometimes I forget it’s just a video game.

Some IRL stuff about me:

• 18 years old
• Never had a pet
• Incoming freshman at Texas A&M University in College Station, majoring in General Engineering for now
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Born in Houston, TX but my parents are from Mexico
• Favorite Show: Law and Order (and the spinoffs)
• Favorite Movie: Star Wars
