Relevant Evidence: I was driving correctly on the right side of the road and their was three people in the middle of the road so I honked my horn and ran them over because they didn't dodge the moving vehicle. I feel like this is totally their fault as they're the ones breaking laws by jay-walking and then not moving when they see a car moving towards them. Joey Skylynx response to this was that i should have turned and risked more lives of people on either the sidewalk or people on the other lane. I feel like this is extremely unfair. A great example of this happening is multiple protesters getting run over IRL because they are Jay-Walking but the drivers always get away with It because they never broke any traffic- laws while the protesters Jay-Walking were so It's their fault for not minding the traffic and obeying laws. Joey Skylynx also fails to say how long I'm going to be banned to and If I was getting banned so I was just really confused when this happened.

You blitzed through about three people without honking a single horn, and when I asked you why you did it, you simply said that they were in the road, and they should get out of it.

Considering we follow under US Federal Law - You are suppose to yield or stop. Even if their are laws about being able to hit protestors during immediate danger, it is exactly that... Immediate danger. The people you hit were just trying to remove a body from the road after a fight, and a paramedic was attempting to help them. You pile drived through, never honking a horn and simply just attempting to drive on without making a single 911 call.

I did honk my horn and I also said much more then "They Were In The Road" I tried talking to you but you just said "I'm a law boy so don't try me" even though i tried multiple times to communicate with you, you just stayed with the same statement that I vdmed. These civilians were walking on the road for more then the time needed to call a EMS. They were dragging a dead body across the road. I kept on driving because the cops around would most likely fire at as soon as they got the chance because that's what they usually do. May I also say that this wasn't a road crossing. They were walking in the middle of a crowded road. I also didn't have time to stop because as soon as I ran the civilians over you directly picked my up with your physgun.

What I'm getting at is you failed to stop, and even if you were afraid of Police shooting at you, wouldn't that be even more reason to pull over and try to communicate that it was an accident in order to prevent getting shot at or prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter on three accounts? The road was also not that crowded/populated by any other vehicles. You were the only car driving through at the time.

If I stopped i would most likely have been shot and killed because of the current cop force likes to Shoot and ask questions later. I also had multiple cops already looking for me because a previous count of helping an escaped convict.

Because my friend needed Gardening Soil so we could grow weed to pay for the rent. I also had to sell multiple makarov's on the Mono-Market.
