Request Reason: Breaking NLR, In this situation I killed billy and drove off before he could return, as soon as he respawned he called out on radio he was going to set a warrant on me (therefore breaking NLR). The EMS director told me that he has just called it out. He then set a warrant on me for murder of an leo.

I do not, didn't press f8 in time . however i can verify that he did try to call out a warrant on him after he died. I was guessing if he actually did the warrant after becoming alive, that you could verify that in the logs.

After speaking with @silly0billy on the server we have discussed what rule was broken and he did admit to breaking NLR to place the warrant. This would be classified as NLR and would be a break in the rules.

@silly0billy will receive a Verbal Warning since he was honest and came forward.
