Additional members involved/witnessing: Cuckussy and Franklin were involved in an RDM ticket about Billy about 5-10 minutes before this. Franklin said he issued Billy a weapons ban but didn't want to blacklist PD too. Then Billy goes detective again, rams me, refuses to stop, then tries to run me over.

Then Billy goes detective again, rams me, refuses to stop, then tries to run me over.

Bob Robin wasn't a detective when this occurred, he quit his job.

The issue is that you were attempting to vdm when the player wasn't posing a threat to your life, and essentially you cop baited this player into shooting at you. In the clip provided you have the opportunity to leave but instead, you turn around and still try to vdm. From the evidence it's very apparent that you were in the wrong here.
