Request reason: So it all started at the super market he pulled a gun told me to put my hands up I pulled A gun we shot at each other I died got picked up my a medic. I ran off into my car and then a police chased. At this moment I did not know that if there is one cop and one guy you have to have fear RP. Unlike were you need 2 CIV's on 1 guy for fear rp. Now thats my fault and I will take the punishment for that. But two wrongs do not make a right. I then got blocked in by a medic and Mr.Binks started opening fire on me for no apparent reason.

You broke fear RP twice. You were revived by a medic (same medic that made call over radio saying you killed somebody at supermarket) both times, I told you to put your hands up and you ran off instead, then I tried looking for you. I eventually found you and that is when I started shooting. You shot me earlier so you were code red (you could have grabbed another gun in between our interactions which is why I shot the second time), logs can back me up on this.

Also, you can handle somebody breaking fearRP in character, one way is by shooting them. I opted for that decision instead of taking you in for a sit cause I did not want to go out of character. Again, read up on the rules.

Moreover, you knew I was a staff member cause when the medic revived you for the second time, you said "oh my god you're the only staff member on and I have to report what happened, wow." I explained to you the situation and told you to freshen up on the rules. You seemingly understood what I was trying to tell you because I believe you said "oh, I didn't even know that". Yet you still made a player report.

Furthermore, this is the wrong section for this as you want to make a staff report and not a player report. With that being said, your evidence is cherry picked, please refrain from cherry picking evidence like that as it is not fair to other players and members. Next time show the whole situation or don't show anything at all.

Either Community Management or Report Management will take care of this.

I told you im in the wrong for breaking the fear rp but you are also in the wrong for rdm I admitted to being wrong for fear Rp that's on me but the rdm is on you, and I diddent cherry pick any part of the video I said what happend then I put the part in to were you started shooting at me even tho I wasnt code red, because like I said I died got revived you took my gun off me.

1. Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

2. Reasons for killing another player last until your character dies (NLR), you become aware of that the other party has died (NLR), or until one hour has passed since the cause of the reason occurred.
   1. neither one of us died
3. After having killed another player, you must tell them the reason for killing them as soon as possible - either via voice or text chat. Alternatively, you can chose to initiate the killing by stating your reason. Kills carried out in self-defense or raids are excepted from this rule.

I observed all three of these rules here. Again, I did not RDM you. It was within my bounds to do what I did.

So you opened fire on the officer while under fearRP. Then you manage to escape, after being revived (therefore you are not under NLR) and you're asking why the officer was shooting at you? Well, if you shoot at a police officer, they are allowed to shoot you back and hunt you down if you're escaping, using lethal force if necessary.

You cannot break fearRP though, so that will be a verbal warning this time.
