Black and Purple Textures

I've downloaded and reinstalled the content twice, everytime I join I see black and purple textures on my screen, I literally cannot see anything and barely got passed the menu, is there any fix to this?

Do you have Counter-Strike: Source? If not you can either buy the game or search on YouTube how to the textures for free.

It seems it was indeed fixed by having verifying cache, something was up with the FASTDL downloading menu textures
