I re-install garry's mod / unsub / delete addons and everything else. i did every single thing but it still show me like this.

So basically , i downloaded my garry's mod on my Drive and Addons won't appear on the Addons Folder. So i decided to re-install my garry's mod to Crive and i am able to see all my addon's and my CSS. I had garry's mod and steam on two seperate drives.
