You are not doing all that much to convince me that you were innocent in the situation. What I saw was you swerved into two people, missed one, then backed up and attempted to hit him again. I revived him, then yet again you backed up and ran him over. In no way was this accidental as you were not even remotely headed towards the parking spot. Not only this but instead of calling an admin to report the incident, you ran over to his bag and took his things.
