Blacklist Reason: I got blacklisted from weapons because i killed a cop that was giving me a ticket after i told him to stop.
Unblacklist Reason: I believe that being blacklisted for what i did isnt the correct punishment i believe i should have just been given warning points as being blacklisted from weapons makes the game feel bland and you cannot defend yourself so i even if i was to be unblacklisted and given warning points i will take it.

The point of a blacklist is to restrict your play in a specific aspect, so yes, it's going to feel less fun not being able to use weapons.
