Mr. Alex i apologies for earlier I was in the wrong. you checked my history and that is why I think you made the decision to blacklist me but if you check again i haven't got a waning point in long time or a ban or blacklist.

Alright, you didn't know about the feeing rule, thats fone. But what about the attempted vdm? You drove away and then reversed into him? That didn't look like an accident. But I'll give you a chance to explain that part.

well I went and read the rules earlier and it says you cant VDM without reason. So i thought when a police officer was giving you a ticket that would be a reason.

But i swear I did not know that you couldnt evade a police officer when he was giving you a ticket. I thought that was a reason to be able to kill him. I apologize I had no idea
