Blacklist Length: 3days

Blacklist Reason: Because I decided to kos somebody after they dropped their items off the balcony down to their friends and then after putting their hands up.

Unblacklist Reason: So basically when looking at just the rule that killing,

1. Surrendered parties (in a Raid, Mugging, Kidnapping and/or Robbery) may not be killed unless they are actively resisting, not valuing their life, threatening to kill or snitch on you, yelling for help or the Law Enforcement, or fail to fulfil requested demands.
   
   Will indeed prove that I'm guilty of committing that rule break but as somebody who's going to judge this appeal by looking at the degree's in which you claim I straight up "RDMED" the person in this peculiar situation is IMO harsh, so I'll be giving you a look into my side of the situation because in part this is a mostly situational case I was in, and you're just going off about something as broad as they surrendered and I shot them because they didn't follow the EXACT set of rules even when in my situation you'll read ahead it followed things in that rule.
   
   So when we immediately start entering the building I see a couple people in the hall of Oceanview understanding those people could be potential counters, so as soon as we start lockpicking the doors and enter the building we hear the person start locking doors, and starts running to the balcony as we're yelling hands up to give the idea of what our intent was for (trying to get anything valuable on their person), and I just see the base owner drop their loot to a person who their probably calling in on radio to come counter us and kill us. Plus especially in-hindsight with 4+ counters rushing into the raid knowing the person who dropped their gun potentially just armed a counter raider is in it self IMO justifiable cause to KOS but that's for you to judge.

Hello @Laceupblackflag , thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. You were given a 3-day weapon blacklist for the following reasons;

1. You clearly did break the rule in question after reviewing the video, you even say in this appeal, "Will indeed prove that I'm guilty of committing that rule break"
2. Due to your record and you have been punished for RDM recently I decided to give you a 3-day weapon blacklist.


For those reasons, I will be denying this appeal.
