Alright so I went afk for like 5 mins to go eat I park my fire truck and go afk then when im back I wasn't firefighter anymore so I thought ok I just got demoted for being afk then I just became medic then today I joined and it said I was blacklisted from firefighter? So this might be because i was afk for like 5 mins? Thats not a reason to blacklist me plus it was my first time being firefighter.

How was I supposed to let you give your side of the story when you were sitting AFK, I waited several minutes for you to come back but you never did.

In all honesty, there's no evidence to provide any kind of reason for a Blacklist. You shouldn't AFK in-game but Dispki should not have instated this blacklist. Due to this, you will be un-blacklisted shortly.
