Due to the fact that these 2 put you under fearRP meant that you were unable to not comply. STEAM_0:1:122905120 had shot you with the AK-74 when you were still ziptied and unable to drop anything on your person, while STEAM_0:0:126945620 finished you off when you just got unziptied and given the chance to comply with them.
