Request Reason: Pretty blatant rdm, randomly started to shoot up my car after asking me to move along (i was parked in road), then waited for me to look at him and he shot me again, (this was after he randomly blew up my car and ran off.

So u shot my car then just ran off? You then waited and saw me on foot (idk how u knew it was the same driver) and just shot me in the head without speaking. I call bs on ur reason but even if what u said was true this was still rdm, i was standing still looking at u and u shot me in the head multiple times, in both instances u didnt even say a word to me.

After reviewing the video provided by @Tye I can see no valid reason for you to kill him at the end of the video. Furthermore I will be sending this report to the Police Supervisor Team for further review of misconduct as an officer.
