Ban Reason: Misuse of OOC, homophobic terms/avoiding chat filter
Unban Reason: I completely understand why I was banned because in the OOC I called someone a f#g. I am by no means mad at the staff member that banned me. The only reason I used this term was because someone said that someone should shoot up their school for how they were acting in game. I take great offense to this because no one in any setting should ever say something like that. I apologize for using that term but I was outraged at the person that said something so disgusting. I also understand if I don't get unbanned but would appreciate if it could at least get it lowered for it was my first offense on the server after having several hundred hours.

Hello Bodean Abernathy II,

I understand your frustration with the player who said that statement, but there was a warning given to everyone which stated not to misuse OOC for things like that and the player was punished accordingly. I agree with you that he should not have said that, but you have to understand that we handle those types of things swiftly and accordingly.

Also, you were spoken to about misusing OOC before aswell, which is why you were issued a ban instead of a blacklist. Plus factoring in the warning.

I will unban you but I ask that you try to keep your anger out of OOC and not bypass our filters as you did last night. Thank you for your honesty.
