Explanation of Evidence: As was later confirmed in a sit they did not have a hostage, the man with a watering can was not a hostage in any way, however Briadan and others involved said he was one during the situation. As can be seen in the video Bridan is very much taking part in the situation that is severe cop bait and arose because of the false hostage ad. I understand that taking part in a fail situation is not fully in it of itself a breaking of the rules, however as the staff member of the group Bridan should have attempted to stop the rulebreak, rather than take part of it. If he could not have convinced his clan to void the situation he should have at the very least removed himself from the situation.

Additional members involved/witnessing: @Afash (Confirmed the situation was fail and very heavily involved cop baiting, and gave the Bradian’s clan mate who did the original ad 2 warning points)

I understand being apart of the situation can seem bad i told them multiple times we shouldn’t have done it and they still did, we both had warrants and i tried telling them no, of course i wanted to leave the situation but i can’t necessarily leave a active situation which already started, initially i tried telling them to get a actual hostage but then later already advertised that we had one, when we didn’t. I made a mistake and if you actually had full video you would realize i said we actually didn’t have a hostage around the time when you asked if we did. your audio is hard to hear.

Its okay, from my perspective it looked like you were a very active part of the situation making it seem like you were supporting the situation, and not making any attempt to stop it. Thank you for your side of the story. I didn't hear you over everyone else talking in that room at the time (On the topic of having a full video I do, but its fairly long so I had to cut it so only important parts were involved), hence making it one of the reasons I thought you were supporting the situation instead of having made any attempted to put a stop to it. I'm sorry about all the issues caused by the actions of your org, and how it seems like they kinda roped you into a bad spot. Have a great rest of your day!​

Yea you couldn’t have said it any better tbh, i wasn’t really trying to be in the situation and was trying to get them to do an alternative then fake a hostage sit.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. After a review of all the evidence provided, I can determine that braidan did actively try to get his organization to stop the false hostage situation from occurring, or at the very least suggest getting an actual hostage. Unfortunately, the scenario unfolded without that part being corrected and he was forced into an RP scenario that as we can later confirm was Fail RP. Because the player who started the scenario has already been punished, I can make the determination that braidan did not violate any staff rules or server rules.

Furthermore, staff are not allowed to use Administrative powers when they're involved in roleplay. Seeing as it was not his decision to start the hostage situation, and he actively tried to correct it in Roleplay. I find no cause for punishment or official reprimanding of @braidan and will be concluding this staff report.
