I was mad that i was being arrested for driving with out a license and running some stop signs. And i said i was going afk cause i was i tabbed out of the game to turn on a show cause he was dragging me so i didnt see a reason that i had to be tabbed in at that moment and i even said i was going afk so he knew. So i tabbed out to turn on a show because i was going to jail and its boring so i figured why not watch something. Yes i broke a rule for that but 5days is excessive i dont want the ban to be revoked i did break the rules but i just want it lowered. Also i am sorry for being a dick he didnt deserve it just got mad cause i wanted to mine and not be bothered with and i thought he could of just gave me a ticket and let me mine before hella people get on and slow me down. But that is no way to act.

Let's start from the beginning so that you fully understand the reasoning behind your ban.

From the very start of the situation, you refused to engage proper roleplay. I initially pulled you over because you ran a stopsign. You pulled over beyond the bridge, but instead of letting me properly engage you, you instead entirely ignored me and jumped into the ravine taking falldamage. ShadowPlay didn't capture this, but starts at the part where I am chasing you all the way from the bridge to your desired ore deposit. Only when you reach the ore, you choose to actually talk to me, but you don't even care to turn around, forcing me to tase you and drag you away from the ore to get your attention. After this point, twice do you announce to go AFK, both times followed by silence. You also had trouble handing me your license, stalling the situation even further. It is very clear to me that you have absolutely no interest in engaging roleplay with other players, unless of course it involves shooting. The fact that you even tabbed out to "turn on a show because i was going to jail and its boring" whilst you were still in the process of being transported to jail just goes to show how little you cared about participating in the situation.

I will not be shortening ban since you're a long-time player, and you should know better. It seriously baffles me why you do these things in front of staff members, and your smart-ass attitude doesn't help either. For a Garry's Mod Roleplaying-server player, you don't seem to like roleplaying much.

TL;DR:
I was trying to engage a serious RP situation, you blocked me from doing so by going AFK and being a general smartass.
