After review of the video evidence provided in-line with the server rules, the following reported users RAZER SHARK (STEAM_0:1:70456689) & ANDREWS NAME (STEAM_0:0:79666546) have been deemed to violate the server rule below:

4.2.1 - You may only perform one raid (against players, the Bank, Town Hall, Police Department, the Sheriff's Department or the Penitentiary), a hostage/kidnapping situation, or both situations simultaneously, per hour. This counts for both successful and unsuccessful situations. Survivors of a raid may ignore the “raid cool-down” if they decide to raid the Police Department, Sheriff's Department or the Penitentiary to free crew members or retrieve lost gear.

To conclude, both reported users will be issued with One Warning Point for Violating the Raiding Timer of one hour.
