What happened: I had been making meth since we were at the top of the gang leaderboard and I knew that there was a 25% ell bonus on all fresh drugs when your #1 on the leaderboard. As soon as I finished the meth I went to sell and I did not get the 25% bonus even though the drugs were fresh and we were #1 on the board. Per the video you can see the timestamps on the meth crates as being made within 20 mins of me trying to sell and you can also see that I check the leaderboard after selling the first crate and seeing I got no bonus yet confirming that I was #1 on the leaderboard. (My org is Goofy Goobers btw)

What do you need refunded: 45,000 as 25% of the 180,000k I got for the 4 meth crates is 45,000

Wondering what's going on since its been multiple days and I've seen multiple RR being accepted by @tazdevil335 that were made after mine and I display clear evidence of why and what I need to be refunded.

There were two staff members online, including myself, both assisting with an event. During our interaction, I informed you that the issue at hand was a glitch and that I needed to consult a member of the development team. However, you took it upon yourself to join the ongoing event conversation and engage with 20 other participants, discussing the matter that I had already resolved and closed. It's important to note that while your concern is valued, it holds equal importance as the concerns of other community members. I did request that you refrain from discussing the issue during the event and instead suggested that you utilize the appropriate forums for such discussions.

Despite my guidance, you proceeded to create another report, which I regrettably chose to overlook, as I had already addressed your initial report and discussed the matter extensively.

Furthermore, your approach in private messages was unexpectedly aggressive and accusatory, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. This behavior led me to further disregard your ticket.

Returning to the matter at hand, I have since communicated with the developer, and the issue has been successfully resolved. I've given my approval for your request. The items have been placed in the refund and collections agent at bank.

In the future, the staff team is only trying to help, however, speaking to staff manner in this regard will not yield a result.
