Bugged game

A description of your technical issue: Before every message ooc message: [communicate.chat.ooc]
Before every ad message: [communicate.chat.ad]
Everyitem beside of physicgun in scroll bar has [sweap.Itemname/Objectname]
When i open tablet the same with [something.something.]
With the map the same [something.mapobject.]
Also everytime I Crash when i press [ESC] if i want to get into game options
I have this problem only on this Server not on a single other

Has it happened before?: No havent played over 6months

Extraneous details/description: It cant be a PC issue i have a high end PC [made in 8.8.2019]
No Texture Problems all there
I have all Packs Downloaded (CSS also)

Verify game cache. Restart Garrys Mod.

Same happening with mine , only on mono and after the monoford update

Game Cashe verifyed. Reinstalled GM completely still there

Hmmm. I dont seem to see many people having this issue, have you deleted ALL add-ons except for only the monolith ones?

Make sure your game language is set to English (not pirate or anything).
