Ban Reason: Lying in a sit + FearRP
Time of Occurrence: 7:05 pm GMT 12/14/17
Relevant Evidence: so i was in a sit because i was rdmed and when the guy who rdmed me was brought, he was saying that he was telling me to put my hands up which he was but i couldn't hear him because my audio was fucked up. So he kills me because i wasn't putting my hands up. The staff member in that sit didn't believe my side of the story which is bs and he didn't even ask for any proof or anything that my audio was fucked so he gave me a warning point. After that, i was about to make a staff report on him for the warning point when Hazza TPed and took over the sit. After explaining what happened he banned me again, without even asking for any evidence that i couldn't hear him so i think that this was very unprofessional and unnecessary because 1: i had already got a warning point for breaking fearrp and 2: because no one really got my side of the story and 3: 3 days is far too long for this. P.S i didn't know that technical issues got people banned on this, what has this server come to!

1. "Bullshit Ban - Ban Appeal" - This title is not up to my standard im afraid, so thats one denied reason
2. I came to the sit as tyler asked for help as he wanted me to check him, and he was right then I found out you was quite clearly lying in the sit so theres why you were banned.
3. You kept changing your story = Reason to believe lying
4. This sound thing your saying, you could quite easily see the gun pointed at you for about 30-60 seconds straight yet you just completely ignore it.
5. Finally "what has this server come to" people who clearly cannot put a story straight and lie.
