Cop baiting - After getting a 2nd offense ticket for parking in an emergency lane, smashes into me on purpose to get a reaction. Then gets into a shootout with police shortly after doing it. He also in all technicality attempted and fled from a ticket, which you are not allowed to do.
RDM - Shot me with my hands up even though he was looking at me and had plenty of time to tell I did.

@LILDUMP Why were you fleeing from a traffic stop to begin with and then later come back to ram his car? Were you hoping for a shootout by cop baiting?

i didnt want to get into a shootout but i didnt want to lose the weapon i had and i was also a upset at the fact that the cop gave me 2 2000 dollar tickets so thats why i hit his car

If you didn’t want to lose your weapon you wouldn’t have rammed my car in an attempt to start a chase. I hope you realize you just stated a double negative.
