Can not log in all the way

Hey, so long story short before this I was already having problems with the addons messing with my loading screen, but I managed to fix that. It now loads all the way and now when I hit play to enter after I have loaded in, it gives me this pop up right here. Every time I join in, it says the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

The server may be too content heavy for your GPU to support. If you believe you have a good enough graphics card, there are some things you can try.

• Your game may be running on the wrong DirectX version. You may try setting the DX level in the launch options. I'd recommend trying the DX level your card supports: -dxlevel 80 (DX8) -dxlevel 81 (DX8.1) -dxlevel 90 (DX9) -dxlevel 95 (DX9 Shader Model 3) -dxlevel 98 (DX9Ex).
• Try lowering your graphics settings and/or your resolution. Higher settings may be too much for your system to handle on this server.
• Make sure multicore rendering is ON in the game settings.
• Update your graphics drivers.
• You may not have enough VRAM to join the server.
