Can't enter a server

Hey, i have a little question. I entered a server, had no addons, subscribed to all of them, but now i can not enter the server, it says "timed out", or sometimes enter the server, waiting at monolith loading screen loading, a then it kicks me off with "connection lost" thing. What should i do to finally play on this server?

Yes, other servers are working good, i think the thing is not in connection, because without the requiered addons everyting is fine

Yes, there was 2 missing files, i redownloaded it, but nothing changed at all

What are your pc specs, also what is your connection method (WiFi or Ethernet) respond and ill do my best to help. This either sounds like your pc is running out of ram during the loading process or your connection is not stable.

I just fixed this issue myself. In your games library, go to Garrys Mod, then click on the gear icon, and then properties. Under the General tab, navigate down to Launch Options and enter +clientport 27006. That should work, if not, verify which clientport your Garrys Mod is using by starting up the game, opening console, and type clientport. If it's 27005, use +clientport 27006 as mentioned before, if it's 27006 then enter +clientport 27005 into Launch Options.

Don't ask me what any of this means, I found it on a Steam forums thread and it worked for me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
