Can't get past "fonts/ugficons.ttf"

Before people ask:

Yes, I have tried lowering my settings.

Yes, I am running on 64 bit.

Yes, I have tried validating steam files.

Yes, I have tried even reinstalling GMoD.

Yes, I have played Monolith before and have been playing for quite sometime with no loading issues, and my computer is more than capable of running.

Not sure if it's a case of just waiting a while. Is there a way to manually download this addon as it's getting stuck here. Also yes, I have an SSD.

Update: I have waited upwards of 30 minutes now, still haven't gotten past this download.
