Cant get past the initial screen to make a roleplay name

I can't get past the initial screen when you join the server to make a character and choose a roleplay name. I choose a name A-Z and it keeps giving me error "You have entered an invalid name (min 3 letters, Max 15. Characters A-Z only, no profanity.) I have listened to this but it just keeps giving me error.

I have tried "telz" and a bunch of other random ones and nothing works.
