Cant join/Crash

When my game says Sending client info it is still working but when it makes your own screen and say initieliazing my gmod closes without a message

This might be an issue with your PC or Gmod itself as something like that isn't a serverside issue. I recommend resetting your pc if you haven't already done so, or reinstall Gmod. There isn't much that we could do serverside as it doesn't seem to be that kind of issue. Also, you can try to load into large servers like a military RP to see if it just happens to Monolith RP.

Try lowering your graphics, it might be that your computer can't handle the number of add-ons loaded with Garry's Mod.

Same thing is happening to me. You guys need to fix things. Many people are having this problem. I play some other servers with many addons and they work fine. At this point it is a catch 20 either it crashes without a message or I get in and when I do get it everything is fine

Things that I have done
It is not any add-ons because once I get in I am fine.
Reinstall G-Mod DONE
