Can't move/Can't interact with anything

When I join in the server and try to move or noclip or do anything, I'm stuck in place, I can't move. It just snaps me back to my original location. Everything around me seems to move at 1 frame per second whilst I'm moving at 60 FPS, it's really bogus and I don't know what caused it. I can't moderate under these circumstances, would love a response.

Fix the video please, would love to see what you're talking about. Been playing this game for quite some time and I've never heard of what you're describing.

@Aaron maybe she has high ping and is rubber banding?

That's odd, that happens to me only when my internet is failing or like extremely laggy - I move and then get back to the old place I was in. Other than that I am not sure what it could be unfortunately.
