Seems like you're missing a loooot of content. Make sure you've subscribed to the content pack found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=932041100.
If you're already subbed, try and re-sub, restart Steam, launch GMod and let it do it's thing. Then try restarting everything once more and see if that helps. Also make sure there's space on your drive for all the content.
