Which Staff issued the Warning Point: Hatchet Tazz @Frank Loadholt

Reason for the warning point(s): "He didn't show malicious intent, so I just gon' give you a verbal okay." Huey (the guy I shot) got a verbal warning for cop baiting as well.
Why should the point(s) be removed: I believe I was in the right and justified in shooting him. "So you're telling me that I can't- I should not have shot him there?" "No, just be more careful about your target basically" So I didn't do anything wrong? Also, A lot of his reasoning doesn't make sense.

He pulled out a machete while behind me and walked towards me within stabbing distance. The threat posed to me at that point of time is the same as if somebody equipped an assault rifle and aimed it at me off-safety.
That makes sense, but this situation is INCREDIBLY common and infuriating as a cop: somebody gets cuffed by an officer, and then that person's friends swarm the officer and 1 of them equips a machete and stabs the officer to death. By now it's instinct for all police to shoot people that have machetes out on sight if they approach officers that are in the middle of an arrest, and for good reason.
If he did, and he had a valid reason to stab every officer in the bank if he was buddies with Rob Monster, who was being arrested, then I would be too dead to shoot him and the admin sit wouldn't have happened.

Primary evidence & Hatchet's response to it:
GIF that I gave Tazz: https://gyazo.com/1cec227e194c28d34681fcb6c217b165
The admin sit (after Huey was returned, and I was asking about whether I shouldn't have shot him/shouldn't do that in the future):

Extended situation with audio:

Also, I get that he went down after he turned around and ran away, but when I saw him facing and walking towards me I went into 'combat autopilot' and decided to shoot him until he went down, and he went down before I could consider that he was fleeing. I've had to shoot a ton of people who did this exact same thing (equipping a machete behind an officer while the officer is arresting/assisting an arrest on somebody and stabbing them to death), and most of the time they stab me to death before I can kill them because machetes kill in 2 hits.

Time of Occurrence: 9/26
Additional members involved/witnessing: @Huey Freeman
Read, understood and followed warning point appeal rules?: Yes

This appeal isn't about the punishment being revoked, it's about finding out whether or not what I did was justified so that I can either continue acting this way in situations like this or stop. I don't want Hatchet punished, but if it's justified I want him to recognize that. I also don't want a staff member to check my history and see that I RDMed somebody today, and treat me differently because of that.

A verbal warning shows up in my record. I'm ineligible for staff or mentor applications for 2 months, and if a staff member checks my history they'll think I RDMed somebody today as a cop and treat me differently because of it. Also, I believe that what I did was justified, and that I should continue acting this way in the future. This was the most appropriate thread I could find to post this, the only other one I could think of is staff reports, but I'd very much rather this be taken off my record than you getting punished if it goes through. You can't act like verbal warnings do nothing and people shouldn't be concerned about them, and it seems that you gave me a verbal warning just because you could and because I shouldn't care about it, which isn't how you should be acting.

If this is denied based on it being a verbal warning, I'll just take it to the staff reports section.

@Jimmy Jimson

You shot a suspect in the back without any attempt to subdue, you are lucky all you got was a verbal warning for RDM. Be more careful in the future.

Furthermore,
  1. You can only make appeals to warning points, if you believe they are invalid.
Seeing as you did not receive a warning point, this will be denied.
