Can't spawn furniture/items

Since a few days I am no longer able to do a lot of things due to some annoying bug.
It seems like there is some fencekeeper addon that checks if you are placing your stuff on your own property, and that addon is bugging out.
Whenever I try to spawn something, like for example a stove, grinder, furnace, brewing barrel or whatever, it just throws me an error saying I am not spawning it on my own property. Well, I am pretty sure I am on my own property.
I already tried to rejoin the server and switched to a couple of different houses, all to no joy.

It's a current bug, and I hope they are trying to fix it (Which I probably believe they’re). I had the same issue with a repair bench, and got told it's a current bug. We hope they'll fix it in the next update.

pretty sure it does. last time i was on it was bugged. its only on some properties though.
