Can't unsubscribe from premium

Hello. I am currently playing on the french GTA City x monolith server. I wanted to try the premium membership for one month, but I can't unsubscribe right now. Tried few times, during which I press the 'unsubscribe' button; after that I have to log-in with my steam acc just before getting led back to the same page, but I'm still premium... I asked the owners of the french server and they told me that I had to post here on the american forum.

Normally the only person who can deal with Premium related issues is @Gurrazor. You can try contacting him on the forums or via Discord, Gurrazor#6538.

After unsubscribing, you won’t be billed for the next month if premium, but the month you’ve already purchased will remain.
If you have any other inquiries regarding payment/currency, contact Gurrazor as Rondell said.
