Hello Mystical,

Regarding your blacklist. I still don't feel like you understand how much of a issue this is, and I will have to deny your appeal. What players don't seem to understand/care for, is for other peoples role play. If this player that stole your car was in a chase and you switched jobs, your now ruining that player's role play. I suggest not doing this in the future, as this will result in a harsher punishment.
