Before I start, I'd just like to mention regarding this point:

i belive shimax was spectating me

The only reason I started spectating you was that immediately after a sit, before I even had a chance to leave/return myself you sped off, blowing a stop sign. This made me grow suspicious to which what I then saw pushed me over the edge to blacklist you.

Now to the actual appeal.

This isn't an excuse to break rules, unfortunately. If you're tired and think you are doing or will do something stupid, it's safer to log off and take a break.

I blacklisted more than just you. But you have to understand that I can't spectate everyone at once.

Not from what I saw. You were crashing into many things and people, even killing someone at one point.

Punishments aren't there because we like giving them out. They're there for you to learn from. If I unblacklist everyone after they say "please", how do I know they've learned?

Here's what I'm going to do:
You'll have 24 hours to convince me to either reduce or remove your blacklist, however you wish. A simple response to this message will suffice, addressing my points. If convinced, I will alter your punishment accordingly. If I remain unconvinced or you don't reply after 24 hours, the blacklist will stay.

I take full responsibility for what i did i know IT Was stupid if u do decide to unblacklist i will not just try i WILL drive responsibly and if u catch me fail driving like that agian you can ban me for longer. Yesterday i Was being stupid, and will not repeat those actions. And IT really sucks to be car blacklisted because you cant Even be a passanger in a car

This shows me that you don't mind sitting out the punishment. By 'convince me to remove the blacklist', I meant more to put effort into a response either addressing my points or something else relevant. I'll give you another shot, but only one more. I need to be convinced that this has taught you not to violate that server rule before revoking/reducing the blacklist.

i have understood the rules, as i said i will drive properly. i really want to be unbanned as i have spring break now. and driveing is important to make money on monolith. as you play monolith yourself youll know how irratating it is not being able to drive a car iTS a key feature. i will not drive recklessly and i will stop at stop signs. and obey all traffic rules . i know that i made a big mistake i will not repeat my self. i whould really be gratefull if u remove my blacklist

So, I've reached my decision.

If you truly had learned your lesson, personally I'd expect a little more than "I've learned my lesson" and "I have spring break and want to enjoy monolith"
There was no proper addressing my points and you didn't evaluate both my decision and your actions. I don't personally feel convinced that you've learned.
